Rob & Esther | Destination Seattle

Rob & Esther flew in from Virginia to spend a little time with family and friends! We were thrilled to finally meet & spend time with these two during their short visit. Rob & Esther are getting married here in Seattle next July, but planning this special event all the way from Virginia, they sought out the help of the wonderfully talented and uber awesome, Wendi Hroncich of Ethereal Events.

Yet again, we escaped what was supposed to be a normal drizzly day in Seattle. The sun was out and the temperatures were mild. I know we can't exactly bank on good weather all the time but we seem so often to be blessed with awesome weather for our planned outdoor engagement sessions & weddings. I think we've only had to reschedule one Esession due to rain... EVER!

One of the things I loved right away, before even meeting these guys, was that rain or shine they were going to do their shoot as planned. Laid back and fun are just two of the golden qualities of this pair. We had a great time at the Seattle Center with these two and can't wait for their wedding!

If you would like to view more of their engagement pictures as they become available, please click here to sign their guest book. You will be notified once their pictures have been released.

I am pleased to introduce to you for the first time, Taylor Victoria. Taylor was born in late October and I just couldn't wait to meet this little one. Mommy Gretchen and Daddy Ben have been good friends of ours for a few years now. We photographed their wedding back in July of 2007. It is such a joy to watch them as new parents. Taylor is just adorable and holding her is such a treat! See for yourself just how cute this little princess is...

John & Jennifer are getting married this May at the Spirit of Washington Event Center in Renton.

We met up with these two a few weekends ago in Seattle for their engagement pictures. We walked all around Pioneer Square, where the two met a few years back. Loving Seattle we went to Pikes Place & Sculpture Park. Here are a few from their engagement session.

Meet the Miller's

I'd like to introduce you to the Miller family. Erik, Mariah, Montana & Safronia. Now be careful, these two little girls may just melt your hearts... as if they weren't cute enought, mom informed me that they'd be all dressed up in their tutus from Bee Bops & Lollipops. They also had adorable matching turquoise Converse. SO cute!

Of course we had to get some pictures of the whole family...

And after an outfit change the sun was setting beautifully...

Once we were all finished with all of the family pictures we headed back to their house for one more set of. These however, different from what we'd usually do, were for Mariah & her sister in law Jenny (who's wedding we shot earlier this year) who have just started thier own unique candle business. You can check out these beautiful, no-flame candles on their site Twilightluminary.com

Candyce and Steven wanted to included their pooches in their Christmas cards this year... and why not? These adorable K9's deserve a little face time too! :)

I met up with Candyce & Steven, Sami (Siberian husky) and Lexi (Lab), at Heritage Park in Downtown Kirkland on a foggy Sunday morning. Here are a few of my favorite shots these guys.
